Micro hole machining (ultra-small diameter drilling)

We support micro-hole machining with a machining center for extremely small diameters. We have a track record of processing fine holes required for fluid control components such as nozzle heads and orifices, and we can handle machining down to φ0.05mm (50μ). In a sample, we performed through-hole machining of φ0.05mm on the apex of a conical cone with a bottom diameter of φ1mm and a height of 0.7mm. We will propose optimal conditions based on factors such as hole diameter, depth (thickness), material, and quantity. Please consult us if you have any issues with micro-hole machining.
